Event Information

Insurance wristbands are not included with race entry. Everyone entering the facility will be required to purchase their wristband, cost is the same for all Southwest Regional Cup venues; $30 for three day, $20 for two day, and $10 for a single day.
TIRES - Evinco is the official tire for Southwest Regional Cup Series. Racers are allowed one set of tires for both Saturday and Sunday, with the exception of Shifter class, which is allowed one set per day. Tire purchase is mandatory with registration, with the exception of Kid karts which are not required to buy new tires with their registration, but they must run Evinco Blue tires.
FUEL - 2 Stroke Classes: MS98 fuel with Motul Grand Prix 2T. 4 Stroke Classes: MS93 or Buc-Ee's ethanol free 92 octane fuel from the Katy I10 Buc-Ee's location.
Participants that registered for the May OMC race that was postponed will have their registration transfered to the reschedule OMC race event date of September 1-3, 2023. Please register independently for the Gulf Coast Karers SWRC race in Katy July 14-16, 2023.

We have secured a discount rate at the Aloft Katy Mills which is the host hotel for the event. Rooms are $109/night and includes breakfast.
